Dear Members of the Malaysian Small Animal Veterinary Association,
As we eagerly anticipate the celebration of World Veterinary Day on April 27th, I am honoured to address you all during this special occasion. This year, as we reflect on the theme “Veterinarians are essential health workers,” it serves as a poignant reminder of our invaluable role in promoting the health and welfare of animals and humans alike.
Within our association, we recognise the profound impact of our collective efforts in advancing the field of small animal veterinary medicine. From providing compassionate care to our furry companions to advocating for their welfare, our dedication knows no bounds.
Furthermore, I am delighted to announce that the Malaysian Small Animal Veterinary Association will organise FASAVA2024, an esteemed veterinary conference, from July 19th to 21st, 2024, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This event presents a unique opportunity to come together, exchange knowledge, and enhance our skills in the ever-evolving field of small animal medicine. I encourage each of you to mark your calendars and join us for what promises to be an enriching and unforgettable experience.
As we celebrate World Veterinary Day and look ahead to FASAVA2024, let us reaffirm our commitment to excellence, compassion, and service to our patients, profession, and community. Together, we will continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of animals and the world around us.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each of you for your dedication and contributions to the Malaysian Small Animal Association. Your passion and commitment inspire us all.
I eagerly anticipate seeing each of you at FASAVA2024, where we will come together to learn, grow, and celebrate our shared passion for small animal veterinary medicine.
Happy World Veterinary Day!
