组委会建议参展公司在离境前已购相关的旅游、健康和意外保险。作为组委会，MSAVA不会对 大会参与者和随行人员的人身伤害或对私人财产的丢失或损坏承担责任。
It is recommended that the participating company obtain adequate cover for travel, health and accident insurance before they depart from their countries. MSAVA as organisers cannot accept responsibility for personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to, private property belonging to the congress participants and accompanying persons.
