REGISTRATION FEES

Note:

  1. Single day registration is NOT available.
  2. All MSAVA MEMBERS must pay up their subscription arears before 31st May 2019 to qualify the member rate. Only a MSAVA member shall qualify for the member rate, not for other associations.
  3. Conference and Annual dinner have limited seats, register early for conference and dinner.
  4. Cancellations MUST be made in writing and will be subjected to a RM100 administration fee before refunds are made.
  5. Cancellation made after 1st June 2019 will NOT be refunded.
  6. Change in participant name can be made in writing and will be subjected to a RM100 administration fee.
  7. E-Certificate will be provided for all the events (AGM, Conference, Pre-conference events on 21st June).
  8. If any participant wished to have a hardcopy of the certificate (printed), a RM20 will be charged for the printing and postage.
  9. Payable in cash on the day of the event, upon registration
