Conference registration is for two days that is 7th and 8th July 2018.
MSAVA members who register for the conference with (Early Bird and Standard) are entitled to a complimentary annual dinner. Conference and Annual dinner has limited seats so members are encouraged to register early for conference and dinner. All members must pay up their subscription arears before 31st May 2018.
CPD points 30 for the conference and 15 for the AGM (members only). Extra CPD points will be given to Presenters.

CALL FOR ABSTRACT
Small animal veterinary practitioners and veterinary students are invited to share your clinical case reports and research ﬁndings at this year’s MSAVA National Scientiﬁc Conference 2018. Selected abstracts are only for oral presentations.
Please follow the abstract submission guidelines carefully
1. Abstract should be conﬁned to 400 words.
2. Titles must be in UPPERCASE. The rest in sentence case.
3. Please write the full names of ALL authors and their aﬃliation address and include only email of the corresponding author.
4. Up to 2 images and/or 1 table is allowed.
5. Authors are responsible for all expenses incurred in the production of their presentations, travel and accommodation during the conference.
6. Each author may submit up to a maximum of two abstracts.
7. Abstracts must be submitted in ENGLISH.
8. The Scientiﬁc Program Chairman reserves the right to edit, reject or request for corrections from the author(s).
Oral presentations are for 12 minutes followed by 3 minutes for Q&A. The time and date for the selected oral presentations will be made known in July this year.
All abstract submitters are required to register for the full congress at the time of abstract submission. A conﬁrmation of abstract acceptance will be sent by the Scientiﬁc Committee by early June 2018.
Submissions of abstract will be considered up to 1st May 2018 and should be in Word Document format (font size 10, font type Arial, justiﬁed), sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with the EMAIL subject heading: ABSTRACT FOR NSC2018.
